I'll be speaking at the Northwest Michigan Arts & Culture Network's  Art and Culture Summit at the Traverse City Opera House on Saturday, May 31st at 11:00 AM. My talk is titled Piggery Pete: Collaborative Folk Ritual, Speculative History, and Public Art. There will also be an accompanying exhibit featuring costumes, images, and artifacts from the parade.
